As our Backbeat blog reported yesterday, construction is moving quickly on Viewhouse 2.0, a second location for the original ViewHouse, the Lotus Concepts spot that opened last March in the Ballpark neighborhood.

This second outlet, at 7101 South Clinton Street in Centennial, is transforming the old Trail Dust Steak House property into a new bar/activity center for the suburbs.

The two-story, 16,000 square foot space will feature a wrap-around porch as well as a large outdoor seating and entertainment area. Construction has started, with plans to open ViewHouse 2.0 in July.
