Waffle Brothers owners Ron Dupen and John Power had hoped to open the third location in their mini-empire this spring. But while work is continuing quickly at the East 17th Avenue spot, the former home of Tree Haus Bistro, they now say the place won’t open until July.

And when this Waffle Brothers location does open, it will have something unique to the chain: a beer and wine license. That explains the slight variation on the name: Waffle Brothers Pub Style.
