The Denver Whiskey Company is partnering with the hip new basement cocktail bar, Ste. Ellie, at 7 p.m. tonight on a fundraiser for those who fell victim to the floods in northern Colorado. The event will have free food and various whiskeys for tasting, as well as a chance to win your very own bottle. Guests can contribute a small donation in lieu of a cover change, to be donated to the CAN’d Aid Foundation — founded by Oskar Blues owner Dale Katechis in order to support the Colorado community, especially flood victims.

Great Divide Brewing Company is holding an exclusive taproom beer dinner at 7 p.m., which will feature a four-course meal prepared by the Mike2 Kitchen food truck. Each dish, from roasted butternut squash bisque to smoked pork belly, will be paired with one of Great Divide’s award-winning beers. Tickets are $55 per person (includes tax and tip) and can be purchased online; make reservations by calling Great Divide at 303-296-9460.
