Reader support matters more than ever
We're in the final stretch of our summer campaign. Our goal is to raise $25,000 by August 9 to support the journalism our community relies on. Reader support is helping shape the future of local news.
It’s cold outside – but that has us thinking about the upcoming holidays. Alsso thinking about them is PlainSmart Clinic, which will hold two sessions of its “Holidays Gone Healthy” seminar today at 401 West Hampden Place. Lindsey Roth, RDN, a registered dietitian for PlainSmart, will teach participants how to navigate upcoming holiday meals in a healthy way, without sacrificing flavor. The hour-long seminar will be offered at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. You can RSVP here; admission is $6.27, which includes a recipe book of holiday recipes with a healthy twist.
