As of four o’clock today — tea time –the Wystone’s Tea kiosk on the 16th Street Mall will cease pouring and pack up for good. Although the company hopes to open a brick-and-mortar shop on the mall one day, the kiosk wasn’t cutting it.

The original Wystone’s is in Belmar; the mall location opened in March 2012. “This kiosk isn’t really doing so well, but the business is doing great,” says Ty Thornton, who was working the kiosk for its final day. “In fact, we’re going to be moving soon — to the old Press Coffee location in Belmar.”
