Zengo is launching a new Test Kitchen Menu today that features flavors from Indonesia and Argentina. Rather than fuse the cuisine of one Latin and one Asian country into a Latin-Asian hybrid, the kitchen at Zengo will create separate dishes featuring ingredients from each country. The Test Kitchen Menu is a chance for chef Richard Sandoval and team to research and develop special small plates, and a chance for guests to try something new; there are also specialty cocktails. This Test Kitchen Menu will run through June 30; the regular menu will also be available. For reservations, call Zengo at 720-904-0965.
