In October 2022, Saucy's Southern opened its first brick-and-mortar kitchen in the University Park neighborhood, after operating as a food truck since 2018. Saucy's serves up hefty one-, two- and three-meat plates that include St. Louis-style spare ribs, Louisiana hot links and grilled wings alongside creative sides like grilled teriyaki Parmesan corn. And, of course, there are the namesake sauces — nine of them.
