For years, deep dish dominated when most people thought of Chicago-style pizza. But now the secret is out, and the Windy City's thin-crust tavern pies are on the rise. After a stint in the Source, Grabowski's made a move, bringing this style's signature square-cut pizzas to Lakewood in late 2023. It remains the top place in town to get your fix if you're looking for that almost-flaky texture topped with premium ingredients — but with the addition of a larger kitchen at the new location, purists can also order from a small selection of deep-dish pies.
