Lost Lake Lounge

In 2010, former hi-dive and Sputnik owner Matt LaBarge took over the East Colfax space that had long been the Bulldog Bar (and the Monroe Tavern and Mr. Von's Alamo before that) and transformed it into Lost Lake, a cabin-style lounge inspired by some older bars in the Silver Lake area of Los Angeles. LaBarge described the spot as "a cool, dark little wooden lounge loosely reminiscent of the older days." Nearly four years later, in 2013, he sold it to Larimer Lounge owner and AEG talent buyer Scott Campbell, who completely overhauled the venue with a new stage and sound system.
