In January 2013, Red Ginger took over the former Sonoda’s space at Sixth and Broadway, where it serves up high-quality Asian fusion cuisine. Red Ginger is an excellent addition to Denver's Asian-food scene, with a menu that features sushi, hibachi preparations, and yakisoba dishes that are made hot and fresh. If you want to try a little bit of everything that Red Ginger has to offer, order one of the restaurant's bento boxes. Red Ginger is open daily for lunch and dinner.
