Saigon Bowl's menu includes well-known Vietnamese dishes such as pho and rice-paper wraps, but it goes beyond that with an expansive selection of seafood, thanks to the owner's roots in Nha Trang, a coastal fishing city in southern Vietnam. Braised catfish, Cajun-style seafood boils, escargot and hot pot are standouts, but guests can also play it safe with well-executed rice and noodle entrees.
