Chef Bill Espiricueta used childhood memories of barbecue in Austin and Kansas City to build a menu of oak-smoked brisket, ribs, housemade sausage and other mouth-watering meats at his original outpost at the Source. In 2021, he added a second location in Fort Collins that offers the same down-home flavors and familiar smokehouse favorites, all filtered through a chef's detail-oriented lens.
