Suvipa Thai Food opened in 2014 in an unassuming space that was home to the late, lamented Vietnam Grill. Suvipa has proved to be a worthy successor. A new coat of paint has brightened up the interior, but the main focus is firmly on the food, and it shows. From tom yum to shrimp chili paste fried rice to spicy catfish, every dish emerges from the tiny kitchen steaming hot, and with every bite, new flavors build upon the last.
