The Wash Park outpost of Highland ramen shop Uncle opened in 2019. Here, owner Tommy Lee offers a slightly expanded menu that only ups the appeal of his less traditional approach to the time-honored Japanese noodle soup. The intensely complex and tasty broths are a base for a nest of noodles and other delicious accoutrements. Years into this restaurant’s run, its popularity shows no signs of abating — though at this location, you can ensure your seat with a reservation.
