The game of cannabis consolidation continues, with the February 6 announcement that LivWell Enlightened Health has purchased Infinite Wellness Center in Fort Collins. The sale adds a fifteenth dispensary to LivWell's brand in Colorado.

The company acquired all assets of Infinite Wellness Center's parent company, Green Meadows Wellness LLC, which held three growing licenses (two recreational, one medical), a medical and recreational dispensary license and a medical and recreational infused license, according to the state Marijuana Enforcement Division.

Infinite Wellness formerly operated a medical marijuana dispensary in Lakewood, but that license is no longer active with the MED and was not part of the sale.

The deal was announced by acquisition consulting firm Young America Capital, which, along with law firm Vicente Sederberg, represented Green Meadows Wellness during the deal. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

The sale moves LivWell closer to the largest dispensary group in the state. It now sits just behind Native Roots (21 stores) and the Green Solution (seventeen stores).

Confirming the sale, LivWell says that it plans to rebrand Infinite Wellness Center as a LivWell location. Google Maps already lists the address of the dispensary, 900 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, as a LivWell location.
