R&B sensation Bobby Valentino, whose sophomore album The Rebirth hit stores on Tuesday, February 10, grabbed the top spot on Independent Records' top sellers list for the week of February 16. Potluck and Ne-Yo grabbed the second and third slots while the Fray came on fourth. See the full breakdown after the jump.
