From the billboards to the Twitter posts, there’s been a bit of a buzz for the last few months about Chloe, Francois Safieddine’s new high-profile club and restaurant, which is slated to open Friday, July 22, in the former Ruth’s Chris Steak House space at 1445 Market Street. The spot marks the eleventh concept in Safieddine’s career, including Suite Two Hundred, 24K and the Oak Tavern. The 6,600-square-foot space will include three separate entities: Chlóe’s Mezze Lounge, Garden and Discothèque.
The venue is currently hiring for all positions, including assistant management, bartenders, barback, food and cocktail waitresses, security and hostesses. There’s an open house today, July 1, at Suite Two Hundred from 4 to 7 p.m., and at Oak Tavern on Sunday, July 3, from 7 to 8 p.m. You can also submit your resume and a current photo to employment@lotusclubs.com.
