$20,000

Call it a hunch, but we’re going to venture a guess that the members of Churchill are falling more on the happy end of the Happy/Sad spectrum these days now that their like-named, fan-funded full-length is under wraps.

This past November as you might remember, the outfit put out a call to fans on Kickstarter to help pay for the then unfinished album. Mission accomplished, with $126 to spare. Happy/Sad is slated for release on Friday, February 11 (or February 8, if you stop by Twist & Shout) at the hi-dive with Glowing House and Places. Listen to “Miles,” the first track from Happy/Sad below.
