Crowded House, James, Nickelback shows annnounced

Crowded House, whose new album Intriguer hits stores today, visits the Fillmore Auditorium on Thursday, September 9. Intriguer, the band's follow-up to 2007's Time on Earth, will also be released as a two-disc deluxe edition that includes a bonus DVD. Tickets ($39.50 advance, $45 day of show) go on sale Saturday, July 17 at 10 a.m.

U.K.-based group James, who released its debut album in 1986 (the same year Crowded House's debut), will release its latest effort, The Morning After The Night Before, on September 14. The band's date at the Bluebird Theater on Monday, October 4 is part of an eighteen-city tour in support of the new two-disc album. Tickets ($23.50 advance and $26 day of show) go on sale Friday, July 16 at 10 a.m.

Finally, Nickelback brings its next leg of the Dark Horse Word Tour to the Pepsi Center on Monday, October 18. Three Days Grace and Buckcherry open the show. Reserved tickets ($49.50-$89.50) and general admission seats ($69.50) go on sale Saturday, July 17 at 10 a.m. See the other recently announced shows and those that are already on sale below.
