Pioneering virtual band Gorillaz announced a North American tour early March 3, and Colorado is on the list.
The band will perform at Ball Arena on Sunday, October 8.
The tour, featuring the band’s new album The Mountain, will be the group’s first in North America since the 2022 Cracker Island tour. Produced by Live Nation, The Mountain tour will see the world’s most successful virtual act once again brought to life by Gorillaz co-creators Damon Albarn (of Blur fame) and Jamie Hewlett, with Albarn joined onstage by the Gorillaz live band and some very special guest performers.
Little Simz and Deltron 3030 will join Gorillaz on the majority of the dates, including Denver.
Tickets will first be available via a KONG Card presale beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, followed by a Citi presale at noon local time. To participate in the Gorillaz artist presale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 6, fans must sign up at livemu.sc/gorillaz by 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 5.
The general on-sale will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, March 9, on the Gorillaz website.
The tour offers a variety of different VIP packages and experiences so that fans can take their concert experience to the next level. Packages vary but all include premium tickets, access to The Mountain Experience VIP Space, Gorillaz tour tote bag filled with exclusive merchandise and more.
