Todd Rundgren stops at the Oriental Theater on Tuesday in support of his latest effort, White Knights, and Gary Numan, who headlines the Gothic Theatre tonight, is playing a fair amount of material from his brand-new album, Savage (Songs From a Broken World), on his current tour.
