Originally slated to open in October, Fluff, a blow-dry bar, chic lounge and upscale champagne bar, opened last night at 1516 Wazee Street. Here’s a first look at the spot that was designed to feel like the inside of a jewelry box, decorated throughout with crystal, white stone and white leather. The spot is open daily Thursday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to last call, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7p.m.
