Gregory Alan Isakov’s new album, The Weatherman, comes out this Tuesday, July 9, on Isakov’s own Suitcase Town Music imprint. If you haven’t read our review in this week’s issue, spoiler alert: We love it. “Bob Dylan once sang, ‘You don’t need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows,’ and you don’t need to be a singer-songwriter to realize that Isakov has created something truly stunning here,” writes Jon Solomon. The entire album is streaming right now in its entirety on the New York Times website if you’d like to listen for yourself.
