In advance of Nathaniel Rateliff's CD release party tonight at the Bluebird Theater with the Tallest Man On Earth, we came across more stuff featuring the winsome Mr. Rateliff that we thought we'd pass your way.
If you haven't already gotten your fill of the extraordinary singer-songwriter -- what with the feature in last week's paper and the review of the new record, which you've hopefully picked up by now, the various videos we've posted, including his EPK, the footage we shot at SXSW and some footage from the Barnstormer Tour, the clip Rod Blackhurst filmed, and the free music from the Daytrotter Sessions -- here's some more stuff to feast your eyes upon.
The above clip from High Frequency Media features Rateliff and company performing "Brakeman" on WMSE in Wisconsin, while the one below is courtesy of the Yours Truly blog and finds the songwriter and a cast of friends -- including his bandmates Joseph Pope III and Julie Davis, as well as members of Houses -- chilling at a, um, house party/hootenany in Austin during SXSW a few months ago.
