There have been many concerts for people to look forward to at Red Rocks Amphitheatre this year, but one of the first big announcements for the venue was Sting. The performance quickly evolved into a three-night run thanks to popular demand, and Sting it off on Monday, May 19. There will be another show on May 20, and Sting will cap it off on Thursday, May 22.

Born Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner, the British musician and songwriter first gained fame as the lead singer and bassist for the Police before launching a successful solo career spanning multiple genres. With sixteen Grammy awards and over 100 million records sold worldwide, he remains one of the most influential artists in modern music. See photos from his Red Rocks show below:

He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the Police in 2003.
