Snow is falling, but don't forget to take your chances on Rockygrass and Telluride Bluegrass lotteries before you lose your mind — and your batteries — stuck in I-70 ski season traffic.

Although tickets for the festivals don't go on sale until December, the 2016 lotteries for Telluride camping spaces are now open, and continue through November 11. The Telluride Bluegrass Festival is set for June 16-19; access the online lottery (it closes at 11:59 p.m. November 11) for camping at Town Park and Warner Field here. All other tickets for the festival go on sale on December 4

And the lottery to join in the Rockygrass Academy also continues through 11:59 p.m. November 11. The academy runs from July 24-28, right before the weekend-long festival in Lyons; find out more hon rockygrass.com/rockygrass.
