All right, just when you thought it couldn’t get any better (or at least that’s what we thought), it has. Talking about the 15th annual Westword Music Showcase here, an event that already includes more than fifty of Denver’s best and brightest and a main stage offering that features Built to Spill, Meese, the Fluid, A Place to Bury Strangers and now, the just-announced — literally, you’re hearing it here first — addition of Cursive. We’re no mathletes, but at $9.33 a ticket, that works out to, what, like, some fraction of a cent for each band or something, making this year’s Showcase not only the hottest ticket of the year, but also the best value!
