Hometown heroes Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats made their late-night debut on The Tonight Show yesterday, earning a standing ovation from the crowd for their performance of “S.O.B.” You can watch the performance above. The band made the most of this opportunity to perform in front of the 3.5-million or so viewers of Tonight (it’s the most popular late-night show on television), leaving host Jimmy Fallon in a particularly exclamatory mood and inspiring Twitter god/Roots drummer Questlove to throw in a co-sign of his own.
