There's tons of fresh goodness for you to get into this weekend, including a dance performance at Dikeou, reggae galore, an As Nasty As They Wanna Be party at Beauty Bar hosted by Spencer Foreman of Cobraconda and the continuation of #TheSolution5 parties with Art of Records, a super dope art and music exhibit at Family Affair tomorrow night, and a #TheSolution5 Beat Battle at La Rumba on Sunday. On both Friday and Saturday, Fresh Blood Collective presents (Ad)ventures in Rupturing Seams: A Convergence of Bodies, Art, and Space at Dikeou Collection (1615 California Street, Suite 515). A collection of prominent dance artists (Meredith Black, Eve Brady, Serena Chopra, Jessica Hastings, Mary Lynn Lewark, Anna Mayer, Kristi Siciliano and Ying Zhu) will perform seven different pieces. The show is durational and runs from 7 and 9 p.m. The performances are free and include a complimentary wine reception.

Youthman Promotions and Longside Sugar Presents the Reggae DJ Awards 2012. There will be the celebration of reggae, hip-hop, dance hall, and R&B. The show starts at 9pm. 1030 Havana Street in Aurora.

Cobraconda's Spencer Foreman will join forces with Mike Disco with some help from Elijah Moore for the As Nasty as They Wanna Be party at Beauty Bar tonight. With everything from booty bass for your face, 2 Live Crew, Freak Nasty and even more, be prepared to drop it like it's hot. No cover.

Enjoy some Luscious Libations with the Love Royale at Jake's (3800 Walnut Street) as a part of the Saturday Night Bistro shows in Five Points. No cover for the show and tons of drinks specials. The Love Royale features Heather Larrabee on vocals for a sexy, soulful, rocking, and funky sound.

This Saturday, #TheSolution5, the series of events celebrating the Solution's five year anniversary, continues at the Family Affair with The Art of Records opening. Curated by Dunn the Signtologist and DJ Low Key, this one-of-kind show goes from 6-9 p.m. and combines music, art paying homage to classic hip-hop records. #TheSolution5 concludes on Sunday night with a beat battle at La Rumba. Also on Saturday, Opal will house the hottest Saturday night reggae party celebrating island life in the Mile High City. DJ Bushy Bush with special guest DJ Mr. Brown will provide the sounds. Ladies are in free, and there are all-night drink specials that will keep the dance floor rocking.
