Love and real estate don't necessarily go together.

But when they do, what are the best places in America to find them?

According to a new study by Realtor.com, the following cities — including Denver.

The top ten made the grade based on several factors, including 20-50 percent more single-owned households than the American average; unemployment that's close to the national average of 5 percent; "a strong population of singles, with fun date options ranging from outdoor activities to restaurants to cooking classes;" and housing prices "that are affordable for people making the median income."

It's a happy surprise that Denver scored relatively well in that last category, considering where Colorado placed among the ten states where housing prices have gone up the most since the Great Recession.
