On January 20, Colorado House Representative Lauren Boebert seems to have celebrated the inauguration with a very special someone...Kid Rock.

That's right: Page Six reports that the gun-loving pair got into a cab together at 2:30 a.m. in Washington, D.C., after celebrating President Donald Trump's latest term. Country musician Kid Rock is a known Trump supporter, famously telling Rolling Stone that Trump's campaign was "entertaining as shit," as well as a conservative celebrity known for shooting up cans of Bud Light after the brand partnered with a transgender spokesperson.

Boebert has also been a leader in the MAGA coalition, stirring up trouble in support of Trump. Most recently, Boebert praised Trump's executive order to shut down the Department of Education in 2026.

Boebert has been embroiled in a series of minor romantic scandals since her divorce from her ex-husband Jayson. Famously, she was kicked out of a Denver performance of Beetlejuice for vaping and fondling her date, after which she was seen acting belligerent with the staff.

Perhaps Kid Rock was merely sharing a cab with the congresswoman to ensure she returned to her hotel safely. Maybe he's aware of her history of speeding while driving. Or, given how many unelected officials Trump seems fine putting in charge of the government (ahem...Elon Musk), maybe Kid Rock and Boebert were heading out for a late-night policy brainstorming session.

On the other hand, maybe the two were simply off to test out the lyrics of Kid Rock's most famous song by the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.

"And we were trying different things/And we were smoking funny things/Making love out by the lake to our favorite song," he sings in All Summer Long.

We'll never know, as Boebert's office declined comment to Page Six.
