In his first mayoral profile published in Westword's Latest Word blog last November, Linkhart divulged his desire to run as a grassroots candidate. After six months of campaigning, Doug Linkhart has emerged as the grassiest of grassroots candidates with his pro-marijuana platform. He has even won the endorsement of the Tea Pot Party!
