Although Sports Authority is heading for a bankruptcy restructuring, the company says it hopes to keep its name on Mile High Stadium, a privilege for which it pays more than $6 million a year. Still, Denver’s been through this before: Mile High was hung with the Invesco Field moniker until that deal proved a financial fumble.
