Mayor Michael Hancock delayed paying off a wager with Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake because of an injury. The terms? If the Broncos lost to the Ravens (which they did), Hancock would send a box of steaks to Maryland aaaand do the Ray Lewis dance. Well, the mayor is healed and has made good on the bet -- and landed on ESPN's top ten in the process. Here's the video, followed by some extras we created just for you.

Let's watch that again -- this time in GIF form.
