Tonight, Denver-area web designers and developers — and anyone else interested in doing business online, including marketers, writers and mobile/wireless developers — are meeting up at Casselman’s, 2620 Walnut Street, for Refresh Denver‘s monthly meeting. Refresh Denver is the local chapter of Refresh, an organization dedicated to promoting good design, usability and standards for the web, as well as encouraging designers to network and share knowledge with local peers to improve themselves and their city.
Tonight, Jared Spool of UIE will present “Revealing Design Treasures from The Amazon,” looking at Amazon.com’s usability and design features and revealing some of the secrets behind the site’s success. The meetup starts at 6 p.m., with Spool’s presentation kicking off at 6:30. If you’re interested in attending, RSVP at Refresh Denver’s Meetup.com page.
