Off-leash dog art runs free in the streets of Baker: Kenny Be's Sign Language

The West Bayaud Avenue wall stencil pictured above commemorates Strelka, the 1961 Earth-orbiting Soviet astrodog. Hand-painted howdy hound seen above is a welcome sign in the Baker neighborhood. The pig-shaped pooch in the picture above passively lays on the liberal guilt trip. Guardian art pups provide protection for silver-plated prayer hands. On Fox Street, a boy statue stands naked next to a dog statue that is allowed to wear a full coat of paint.
