The metric assembled by the folks at FindTheBest.com looks at the neighborhoods with the combination of the most fitness centers, the most bars, the most casinos, liquor stores and adult entertainment establishments (jointly labeled “vice”) and the highest percentage of residents between the ages of twenty and 34.
