Photos: Top fifteen hot messes and celebrities mug shots of 2013

The next chapter in our annual roundup of the year's most memorable mug shots features what may seem on the surface to be an odd pairing: unknowns whose booking photos find them looking like hot messes and famous people who got the wrong sort of publicity -- including at least one individual associated with the Broncos, Rockies, Avs and Nuggets. To us, though, the folks in the first group stand out every bit as much as the celebrities. Jail pics are clearly the great equalizer.
