Since then, the list has been updated, and while there’s a new number one (Ronald Dean Stanley), many of them remain at large…and so do a slew of others, many with mug shots that are flat-out chilling. Look below to see what struck us as the twenty most disturbing, accompanied by details about the crimes for which each person is wanted and more.
