At first blush, a Zombie Run would seem to be a pretty relaxing way to spend a day, given the undead’s typical staggering gait.

But some of the activities at Saturday’s Zombie Run at City Park were paced more like World War Z and 28 Days Later than The Walking Dead, providing participants’ corpses with a real workout.
