In the introduction to our post about Lucas Piper, wanted for allegedly trying to burn down the house of people he met at a String Cheese Incident concert, we noted that fans of the band have a reputation for mellowness. But one reader says such impressions don’t always prove to be accurate.

It’s bullshit to think that hippies, festival people, etc. are mellow. I have met some hippies more violent then some bikers. True Shit!
