In a recent post, a representative of El Paso County Sheriff Terry Maketa said he’d enforce gun-control laws as best he can — even those he opposes and thinks are unenforceable.

But some of his colleagues feel very differently, and that frustrates one of our readers.

Stupid! If it’s the law, you are supposed to enforce it! That’s your job. Don’t like it, change jobs.
