Yesterday’s decision by the Denver City Council to reverse course on a front-porch marijuana smoking ban caught a lot of folks by surprise, including many of our commenters. Nonetheless, most were happy with the flip, including this reader, who punctuates his point with creative misspelling.

The Genie is out of the bong. Wasting the precious resources on a frivolous ordinance seems ridiculous but our politicians never cease to amaze me. Let’s focus on things that are impotant. Spelling error was deliberate.
