That’s showing those scallywags, professor.

For the past month or so, commuters who travel along 6th Avenue on the west side of the metro area likely saw a giant Obama banner affixed to a fence near the Wadsworth exit. This apparently didn’t sit well with at least one person, who shredded the sign about a week ago. But rather than admitting defeat and taking down the banner’s remnants, the propertly owner placed two Obama-Biden placards inside the de facto frame along with a homemade poster that reads, “NOTE THE IGNORANT MENTALITY!” Problem is, folks with a truly ignorant mentality probably don’t even know what that phrase means. You snooty, book-learned Obama boosters are so elitist. — Michael Roberts
