On Saturday, Slut Walk came to Denver in a very big way. The rallies, staged across the U.S. and Canada in the wake of a Toronto cop’s January comment that women risk rape if they dress “like sluts,” argue that clothing choice in no way justifies or excuses sexual assault — and thousands of Colorado women and men at Civic Center Park underscored this point via costumes, signs and speeches.
