Colorado is typically listed among the least obese states in the country.
But not all Colorado counties are created equal when it comes to this category.
The folks at FindTheBest.com crunched the obesity numbers for counties across the country, including Colorado, using 2012 statistics from the Centers for Disease Control.
The result is a fascinating heat map that allows users to check out every county in Colorado and the rest of the U.S., with more data on view simply by clicking.
We’ve included the map below. But in addition, we’ve broken out the ten Colorado counties with the highest obesity rates, many of which are along the Front Range.
