ApartmentList.com has just released the latest data about rental prices in Colorado, based on October 2015 figures.

And for those accustomed to sticker shock owing to high prices (not to mention assorted horror stories), the news isn't all bad. In some communities, month-to-month rents have actually gone down at least a small amount, and costs aren't rising at quite the rate they were a few months ago.

But prices remain high in plenty of places, including the site's list of the ten most expensive cities in Colorado for renters, based on updated rents for a two-bedroom apartment. And no surprise that all of them are clustered in the Denver-Boulder area.

Continue to count down the communities, with each item featuring a photo and ApartmentList.com figures showing the ups and downs (mostly ups) for both one- and two-bedrooms. For more information, click here.
