Ten Most Expensive Denver Area Places to Rent a Two-Bedroom: One Averages $2K+

Back in November, we shared a list of the ten most expensive places to rent a two-bedroom apartment in Colorado according to October figures collected by the folks at ApartmentList.com.

In the two months since then, prices have actually started to moderate or even decline in some locations — but not all of them.

Moreover, the rate of rent increase in Colorado continues to be well above the national average.

The latest ApartmentList.com figures draw from December data, and while the top ten has two new additions since October (at numbers ten and nine, respectively), all of them are still clustered in the Denver-Boulder area — and the average price for a two-bedroom in the most expensive community now tops $2,000 per month.

Continue to count down the photo-illustrated top ten, complete with ApartmentList.com numbers related to both one- and two-bedroom apartments, followed by a graphic comparing rent prices in Colorado to those in the rest of the country. For more information, click here.
