Officer R. Jensen reports:

"Investigation disclosed that between 3:15 and 3:30 pm, the suspect [a 55-year-old woman] was observed by victim throwing a large landscaping brick at his vehicle, causing damage to the windshield and hood/fender area. Victim went outside and discovered that another vehicle had damage to the windshield hood/fender area from a similar landscaping brick. Victim contacted the suspect in the rear parking lot as she attempted to throw a street sign post at a Land Rover. The suspect kicked and slapped victim, then went into the [apartment complex] and damaged a stairway mirror, vase and table. The suspect was taken into custody inside her condo after officers forced entry to make the arrest." — Jared Jacang Maher
