Last week, we shared an idea from Focus on the Family’s Gary Schneeberger: Save big bucks by purchasing a heavily discounted Brandon Marshall jersey and sew Tim Tebow’s name on it.
Turns out others had the same thought. Channel 4 tells the story of embroiderer Daniella Grieves, who’s offering to custom sew the Tebow moniker over Marshall’s for twenty bucks. Since Sports Authority has Marshall tops for as low as $7.47, that’s a big savings, since new Tebows begin at $80 and go up from there. But now, the station says, Marshall jerseys are selling fast, too.
